Calling all 18-40 year olds who have type 2 diabetes. 

Having diabetes as a young person can be very lovely and often knowing where to go for support is not easy to find. Thats why a national project called M3 has began to offer support for those under 40 with type 2 diabetes aswell as aiming to improve services. 

If you are under 40 with type 2 we would love to welcome you to our next upcoming support hub. This will be held on the 21st February at 6.30pm. The topic of discussion will be around Mental Health with diabetes together with mindfulness.
